I'm a facilitator, consultant, and coach in the areas of organization systems design, sustainability and strategic planning, leadership development, executive coaching and capacity building. I've also developed the being at work embodied learning system designed to build wellness capacity into organizations utilizing yogic, aikido and bodywork principles. 

I'm strongly committed to the development of the individual, community and a deeper connection to the eco-systems into which we are interwoven. Sustainable living, work and practice begin with developing the capacity to be centered, present and fully engaged amid complexity and change.
