I am responsible for the corporate marketing and business development efforts for one of the country’s largest, non-profit, human service behavioral health organizations.  Specific activities include:

 
  • Service line marketing development – identify key drivers of consumer referrals for medical services. Development of marketing tools and tactics to target key referrers.  Key indicators include number of referrals, consumer inquiries, appointments, volumes and revenues.
  • Responding to RFP’s and other bids – preparing responses to government and private requests for proposals.  Preparing grants and similar proposals for funding of services and projects.
  • New ventures in markets not currently served or services not currently provided – developing entry strategies for new markets.  Program development with the intent of providing new services.
  • Corporate branding efforts – participating or hosting events with the intention of positioning NHS Human Services as an expert provider of behavioral health care.  Publication and electronic media management to ensure an integrated communications to audiences through multiple channels.
