Professional History

President, The Glover Group

Private, Sole Proprietor employees, Consulting industry

I am the founder and President of The Glover Group.

My firm of freelance consultants exists to effectuate meaningful change in the workplace by assisting companies and employees to survive the WorkQuake(c) of the Knowledge Economy.  The WorkQuake(c) is the tranistion period between the Industrial Economy and the Knowledge Economy that is breaking all the rules of the Workplace - thank God!

By job is to make management aware of the need to change the way they relate and interact with employees and then to provide both managers and employees with the skill set necessary to implement the changes required to survive the WorkQuake(c).  I am often asked "When willl the transition period of the WorkQuake(c) be over?"  My answer: When the last old white guy of my generation drops dead!  And do not expect us to go quietly into that dark night!

I love what I do and only wish I could do more of it.  Hence (when was the last time you read the word"hence"? It's the lawyer in  me sneaking out again) the need to write a book, but I lack the focus to do it.
