In my current role as strategist in the Business Innovation Team of Amway Japan, I am a member of a select team of strategic planners developing new business ventures for this future focused company. Besides taking part in an integrated marketing strategy, the team leverages my specialty in web marketing, customer experience and web-focused business strategy.

With my diverse portfolio of Fortune 500 clients including Visa, Hitachi and Adidas, I had been focused on creating engaging creative strategies while keeping a clear eye on the business objectives. As team lead, I was responsible for effectively hiring, managing and mentoring teams of designers and web professionals.
