Donald J. Converse
Don was born in Jackson, Michigan in 1950. He served in Vietnam with the U.S. Army in 1970-71. After receiving undergrad degrees in marketing and business management from Madonna University, he moved from Michigan to San Diego, California in 1990. In 2001 he earned his Masters in Organizational Management and has recently finished his Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership, both from the University of Phoenix. A new note: Don is a newlywed. His wonderful wife is Rev. Duchess Dale and she is a great inspiration to his professional and academic work, besides making him very happy personally. The Duchess and The Don married November 23rd, 2007. 
