With over a decade working in the work+life field, she is also the President and founder of Work+Life Fit, Inc., a consulting firm that specializes in developing innovative flexibility strategies for organizations and individuals based upon the proprietary Work+Life Fit™ Partnership model.

In 1995, Yost earned her MBA from Columbia Business School and began working as a work+life strategy consultant to Fortune 500 companies with the Families and Work Institute, and then, Bright Horizons Family Solutions, two of the country’s premier work+life organizations, before founding Work+Life Fit, Inc. She received her undergraduate degree from Bucknell University and prior to entering the work+life field worked as a commercial banker in New York City.
In February, 2007, Yost received the “Rising Star Award” from the AWLP, the Alliance of Work-Life Progress.
