    Professional History

    In my last role as a Lean Program Manager I was hired to specifically help a plant in South Carolina implement lean manufacturing methods. Once that assignment was over I was a Continuous Improvement Leader for the Logistics team in World Headquarters were I assisted with process improvements, standard work development, lean/six sigma training and mentored Six Sigma Green Belt candidates.

    Previous roles had me doing similar implementation and support efforts as described above.

    A. They probably decided not to do it because they realize it'll be more work afterwards to make all the other programs run correctly.
