I can look at a site and tell you almost instantly if it is going to work or not. You have a well designed and attractive site. However, you are going to have a long road ahead establishing a customer base. You need to tap into the wholesale market and let places like Hotel Beds, Worldspan, Tourico and the like buy from you and arrange for tourist guides. You need to offer xml interfaces into their networks and host a nice backend booking system that makes it easy. In addition, you could also go straight to the major hotel chains and try to work a deal so that you are represented worldwide. Tourist guides may sign up with you but they must be vetted and confirmed. Your reputation is more important than any single transaction you will conduct. If you establish a good reputation, you will be able to move into these markets.

OurExplorer is a destination service, so it has to be positioned on high traffic travel sites when the transporation is already confirmed/booked by the traveller.
