An entrepreneurial environment with structure is a better way to foster high performance in a service-oriented organization . . . but if we're talking a Henry Ford style assembly-line organization, an entrepreneurial environment would actually compromise performance. It's all relative.
To get high performance one needs to measure the right things. What gets measured is what gets done. There must also be proper incentives to attain high performance results. People respond to incentives.
My comment is that entrepreneurial is not worth the effort from the person doing the job. Why? Number one you don't get paid for your work while the ones in charge of payroll do. Why should you really break a sweat when the ones that get paid are sitting on their butt. All that happens is you get more of a work load and you don't even get a raise. If I were a worker what would my opinion of you be? Probably the same as everybody who works for you! We would all love you no matter what decision that you would make! Some may love you for the joy of having a job, some may love you for what you have, some may love you for being yourself, however we all know that love only spreads so thin until theres no feeling left. I've got to go. A romantic movie just came on. You can't expect me not to look at a lady that's beautiful. Right? That's usually what you do when you've got everything. right? Baby when your gone theres something that we've been missing. I know that theres more to you than what meets the eye and we can't have love if we're not kissing. You say that you're deeply in love and our time away just makes you puff up and cry, I feel so sad and blue without you near I don't know what to do without you here it feels like love is only a lie.
